Welcome to Arbor

The school uses Arbor MIS (management information system) as a school and parent bridge. We will ask you to download a free app from google play or the apple store.

What is Arbor and what does it do?

The app will tell you your child’s attendance, contact details we hold for you, and information on visits and clubs. You can also book parents evening appointments, consent online and message the school office via the in-app message service.

The office will send out in-app messages and emails about communication and reminders.

How to get started

• Download the Arbor app from the google play or the apple store. Once your child has been admitted to the school on the first day of term you will be able to sign into the app OR
• Go to https://login.arbor.sc and click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? This should send a link to your email. This is the email address you provided when applying for a space.
• Enter your email – If you have recently changed your email, please let us know.
• Select the school – if prompted for the postcode it is PO14 4AU
• Enter a password that you have chosen.
• Enter your child’s date of birth – if the app does not recognise the date of birth, please let the office know. This is the standard response when the app has an issue, and does not mean we have the date of birth wrong.

Things to know

If you get locked out, please let us know we can send you a password reset link. The links are only live for 96 hours so please change your password asap!

Only relatives who are primary guardians of a child can access the app.

To safeguard student data in line with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), Arbor only works directly with schools.
