Our School Improvement Plan sets out the key priorities and actions we are taking to keep improving our school for the children, families and community we serve.
Our work is guided by our long-term vision, STRIVE for 2030, which gives us a clear direction for the future. This helps us plan carefully and stay focused on what matters most.
At the same time, school improvement is responsive. We regularly review our priorities so that we can adapt to the needs of our current pupils, cohorts, staff and wider school community.
In this way, STRIVE for 2030 gives us a clear path, while our yearly improvement plans make sure we are meeting the needs of the children in front of us.
