STRIVE School Values

At Titchfield Primary School, we STRIVE for Success and our STRIVE values are the foundation of personal growth and character development. They guide how children interact with others, approach learning, and develop essential life skills.

STRIVE values are taught explicitly, modelled consistently by staff, and practised by children throughout the school day — in lessons, during playtimes, and across all aspects of school life. These values ensure that children develop the skills they need for both academic success and future readiness, preparing them for life beyond school.

These values help children understand:
• How to approach learning and relationships with a growth mindset

As children develop, they revisit each STRIVE value at increasing depth, strengthening the skills and mindset needed for academic growth and personal success.
